BLOCK FUND receives donation from First State Community Bank

First State Community Bank donated $1,000 to the Downtown Lebanon Optimist BLOCK Fund from the Charity Golf Classic fundraiser. Our club uses BLOCK Fund dollars to fund grants that benefit area youth.
