Meeting November 14, 2022 and LEEP Donation

The Optimist Club made a donation to the Laclede Early Education Program (LEEP) in the amount of $400. LEEP uses the funds for Christmas gifts for the kids in their program.  Pictured are:

We were graced by Steve Kueny, a competitive Lebanon pumpkin farmer who has taken pumpkin growing to a whole new level – or should we say, a new river? Steve recently completed a record-breaking journey, paddling 39.17 miles in his 1,280-pound pumpkin, Huckle Berry! His tale isn’t just about setting records; it’s about dedication, passion, and loving what you do.
