BLOCK Fund Announcement

After much planning and work  we're launching our new BLOCK Fund Program.  BLOCK stands for Bringing Local Opportunities to Connect Kids. We started this program as a way to serve more children in the community.  Community members and organizations can request funds from the club for needs that benefit youth in Laclede County. Our committee will consider sponsoring a wide range of projects as long as they meet the needs of children in our community. 

Each year we have several fundraisers.  The spring fundraiser is our Sporting Clays event, which directly supports our scholarship program.  The summer fundraiser is manning the gates at the fair, which they pay us a designated amount each year. In the fall, we sell mums and have just launched a Scarecrow Contest.

Our committee will review all applications. If we have questions we will reach out for more information. If the committee approves your application it will be presented to the Board for consideration. Grants will be distributed in February.
